We celebrated our next Distiller’s Dinner under the Harvest Moon!
Guests enjoyed a special four-course dinner to say goodbye to summer in our outdoor gardens, with featured unique cocktail pairings. Our head distiller, Laura Walters, discussed the creation of our unique spirits through a guided tasting.
The featured spirits for our Harvest Moon dinner were Barrel Aged Rum, Spiced Rum, Colorado Bourbon Whiskey, and Pumpkin Spice Liqueur.
