Our traditionally made absinthe is crafted with wormwood and nine other hand-selected botanicals. With a slight green tint from the cucumber, our absinthe finishes with a unique and light freshness. Enjoy it as a rinse in your next cocktail, or with a sugar cube and water in an absinthe fountain.

DID YOU KNOW:

The chemical compound that used to be in Absinthe that makes you hallucinate is called thujone and it naturally occurs in wormwood. ALL Absinthe is now required to be thujone free. In the US it must be below 10ppm; this is obtained by distilling after wormwood has been macerated and removed from the spirit.
