COCKTAIL RECIPES

  • Blackberry Bourbon Smash

    In a cocktail shaker, add 6-7 mint leaves, 2 to 3 blackberries, and .5 oz lime juice. Gently muddle to combine. Add 2 oz Colorado Bourbon Whiskey and 1 tbsp sugar and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass and top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves and blackberry.

    Combine 1.5 oz Colorado Bourbon Whiskey, 1 oz pomegranate juice, and .5 oz lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a twist of lemon.
