Enjoy a special four course pairing dinner to say goodbye to summer in our outdoor gardens, with featured unique cocktail pairings. Our head distiller, Laura Walters, will discuss the creation of our unique spirits as she guides you through a tasting of them individually.
This month's featured spirits include our Colorado Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Ponderosa Gin, Nordic Gold, and Pumpkin Spice Liqueur.
Your ticket includes 4 tasters, 4 full sized cocktails, and 4 paired plates plus live music. Each cocktail and paired plate served at our pairing dinners are available exclusively one night only for this event and do not appear on other menus.

Our space is an easy drop off and pick up location for any ride share. Please be responsible and consider taking a ride share to the event.
