Our Genièvre is our throwback style of gin. In this case, we’re throwing it all the way back to the old world Dutch. Distilled from grain spirit, Genièvre is spicy, citrusy, and a refreshing alternative to common London dry.

TASTING NOTES:

  • Nose: Bright, Citrus, Cardamom, Floral, Pepper

  • Palate: Fresh Wood, Nutmeg, Juniper, Spicy

  • Finish: Light Malt, Lingering Finish

INGREDIENTS:

Grain Spirit, Juniper, Coriander, Cardamom, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel

COCKTAIL RECIPES

  • Gin Martini

    Add 2 1/2 oz Genièvre Gin, 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth and 1 dash of Ironton Citrus Bitters into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
