Ironton Distillery’s February 2022 pairing dinner was themed around Valentine’s Day.

This month's menu included:

  • Atlantic Oyster Duo with champagne mignonette, house cocktail sauce

  • Beef Tenderloin Spinach and Mushroom Roulade, Whipped Red Potatoes with a Lobster Cream Sauce

  • Chocolate Mousse Trio with a Dark Chocolate Creme Truffle and Strawberry Ironton Amaretto Sauce
