Spring 2022 Menu

The flowers are blooming and so is the latest menu at Ironton!

Starting on March 16, we will be featuring brand new, spirit-forward cocktails featuring sunny flavors like berries and herbs.

The bar has designed cocktails made from each of our award-winning spirits.

If you’re looking for something sweet and bright, try the Smash N’ Happy featuring Ironton Ponderosa Gin, lime juice, honey syrup and arugula. For something a little creamy, order the Coco Crazy starring our Platinum Rum, coconut milk, mint simple syrup, pineapple juice and mint.

In addition to our delicious cocktails, the Eatery will be serving up some mouth-watering bites.

The Bavarian Pretzel will be served with mustards made by our Single Malt Whiskey and Nordic Gold Barrel Aged Aquavit for flavors you have never experienced before. On the sweet side of things, the Blueberry Lemon Trifle made with Orange Liqueur and blueberry compote will get your tastebuds dancing.
