Summer 2022 Menu

The summer menu is in full swing!

The bar has churned out some bright and refreshing spirit-forward cocktails, perfect for sipping on our patio.

(P.S. No need to mourn, some of our spring favorites have stuck around, too!)

In the Eatery, the Silver Wave pizza and Minted Goat Cheese Salad have made their return. In addition, we have added some brand new and delicious items including The Pig, The Goat and a Honeybee salad made with Ironton cured whiskey bacon, locally sourced honeycomb and goat cheese. We also added the The Belle of the West Pizza made with our signature spent grain dough and named for the old mine near the Ironton ghost town along the Million Dollar Highway.

Looking for a sweet treat to beat the heat? We have also created new ice creams in partnership with Pint’s Peak Ice Cream using our house made Coffee Liqueur and American Single Malt Whiskey.

For an extra fun summer, try the Berry Me in Gin! The drink includes our delicious and award-winning Ponderosa Gin, mixed berry puree, sage syrup, lime juice and ginger ale.

Ironton’s Ponderosa Gin has been named “America's Favorite Gin” and just won Best in Class at the American Distilling Institute.
