Red, Rye and Blue Release Party

Thank you to everyone for coming out on Saturday to help us celebrate the release of our latest spirit: Colorado Straight Rye Malt Whiskey!

This whiskey was aged for two years in 53-gallon New American oak barrels giving it the perfect balance of typical rye spice and slight fruity flavor.

During the party, people were able to choose among three brand new drinks made with the Straight Rye including the All-American Highball (this month’s signature cocktail), the We The People and the Picnic Smash.

The Eatery dished out delicious snacks including pulled pork sandwiches, locally made brats and spirit infused ice cream.

In addition to the delicious food and drinks, guests were invited to play virtual golf, listen to live music and games of giant pong for prizes.

The Straight Rye Whiskey is the second of three straight whiskey releases of the year following our Straight American Single Malt Whiskey. The next will be our Straight Colorado Bourbon.
